Each room is individually furnished and decorated with its own colour scheme, en-suite shower facilities, 2 chairs, TVDVD, coffeetea tray, and a host of other facilities. The rooms are on the ground, 1st and 2nd floor with no lift.
The Breakfast Room is light and airy with views of the sea, and guests can enjoy full English and English Continental options for breakfast. Breakfast may not be available during the Winter Season
Hunstanton offers beaches, shallow waters, good amenities, independent shops and restaurants. One of the UKs Links Golf Courses is located 1 mile away in Old Hunstanton.

Single Room with Shower - First Floor (No Sea View). There is no sea view, but the room does have a seating area and a Coffeetea tray. It contains an en-suite shower and is located on the first floor. ;
Double Superior Ensuite-Second Floor (No Sea View). This double room has an electric kettle, a seating area teacoffee maker, and an en suite with a large walk-in shower. Please note that this room is on the second floor and only accessible by stairs. There is a pleasant view over the back gardens. ;
