Just a 10-minute drive from Falmouth and the beaches of the Cornish South Coast, Cornwall Plus, Glasney Rooms offers Economy Double and Twin En-suite accommodation on the Penryn University Campus.within landscaped gardens and the heritage grounds of an 18th-century manor house, the campus has many facilities including a café, shop, pay-as-you-go sports centre, and laundry facilities. The University Campus also enjoys views of the surrounding countryside and the Fal Estuary.

Please note that the property does not have lifts; however, a limited number of ground-floor rooms may be available on request. Due to ongoing property upgrades, fully adapted DDAaccessibility-compliant rooms will unfortunately not be available during Summer 2026.
NOTICE: Upcoming Estate Improvement Works – Mid to Late July 2026
As part of continued investment in the campus, essential external improvement works will also be taking place on two unoccupied accommodation blocks during mid to late July 2026. Scaffolding may be present in some surrounding areas while work is carried out. We will make every effort to minimise disruption and ensure guests continue to enjoy a comfortable stay on campus.

Glasney Rooms have a limited number of rooms suitable for guests with reduced mobility. If required, please let the property know in advance.

Please note that parking is available at various car parks on the university campus which are a short walk away from the rooms. Blue badge holders can park in the residential area of the accommodation. Blue Badge parking spaces are very limited and must be requested prior to arrival.
Check-in takes place at Glasney Lodge Reception from 16:00.
The economy rooms and the standard rooms are in separate blocks. The property will attempt to accommodate group bookings in the same block if the same room types are booked.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
